Using our app is the easiest way to make a claim.

Simply download it from the App Store or Google Play, enter a few details and you’re all set to make the most of your health plan. You can even submit your claims directly through the app in just a few minutes.

Don't have a smartphone, or would prefer to submit your claims from your laptop or computer? Don't worry, you can still submit your claims online. You'll just need to have copies of your receipts saved to your computer before you start.

If you are not able to claim via our app or online you can choose to download a claim form and send this in by post. Please note, our claim turnaround times are based from the date we receive your claim form, not the day that you post it.

How to claim via the My Medicash App

This short video shows you how quickly and easily you can submit your claims directly through the My Medicash App. It also lets you know what your receipt needs to include when making a claim

What should the receipt include?

All receipts must be fully paid originals and should include the following information:

Name, address and qualifications of the practitioner who provided the treatment
Name and address of the person who received the treatment
Details of the treatment including date, description and cost

Please note: We do not accept joint receipts, photocopies, credit card or debit card receipts, receipts without showing details of the treatment received, or estimates for treatments to be received.
