I have been sent a confidental PDF that has been password protected. I have the relevant password, and can open/view the document on my iPad. However, when I try and eprint same to my HP envy 5540 (wireless) printer, it requests that I enter another password. Specifically, the message I see is, ". Without the proper password you do not have permission to print this document. Enter the password to unlock printing".

The person who sent me the document is adamant that printing is not password protected, and that there is no restriction on printing. He's also saying it is a 'local IT issue' (which means me), and is beyond their scope of support.

Anytime I attempt to print other documents, be they from Ticketmaster, or Word documents, web pages, Photos, etc., I don't encounter the password request issue, so I am assuming the problem isn't with my iPad or HP Envy. Can anybody throw some light on this matter? I'm using Acrobat Reader for iOS. I assume its the latest version, as I only downloaded it yesterday.
